Sprinkler Check Up: Check the entire sprinkler system and identify needed repairs.

Sprinkler Education Refresher with Evaluation Report: We will train you on what wasteful irrigation looks like. What your controller run times should be. How to shut the system off. What is a sprinkler problem. What is proper coverage. What is proper distribution rates. What rate your soil can absorb. How slope will change the run times. We identify everything from top to bottom. We create a report and email it to you. Quotes are always available after this service.

 Full System Check: Check the entire sprinkler system and there is a known issue being repaired.

Our Sprinkler Maintenance Plan Includes the Following 11-Point Inspection Process: (see our online library)

1. Examine Backflow Preventer and insulation
2. Inspection data for pressure changes to water supply
3. Test controller and make seasonal adjustments
4. Test rain/freeze sensor
5. Test all zones and valves for proper operations
6. Check all sprinkler spray patterns for proper coverage
7. Check for broken and leaking pipes
8. Check for broken or clogged sprinkler heads and nozzles
9. Determine if any sprinkler heads need raising or straightening to ensure correct coverage
10. Check filters for drip irrigation (if applicable)
11. Submit evaluation report to customer with any needed repairs or recommended improvements (No work performed unless authorized by customer).

Our Sprinkler Maintenance Plan Agreement and Pricing Includes

1. Three (3) scheduled visits per year:

• February or March – Spring
• May or June – Summer
• October or November – Fall

2. Price of Agreement:

• Choose the number of zones
• Maintenance Plan visit (normal repair pricing will apply)
